We perform detailed interviews, reference checks and background checks. We perform personality assessments and receive police background clearances. Only the most qualified and most trustworthy caregivers make it through our rigorous screening and assessment process. As an added level of assurance concerning our commitment to you, we retain the following insurance coverages for your protection as well as the protection of our employees

• Workers Compensation Insurance in the event that an employee is injured in your home

• Property Insurance including fire, water & Theft
• Errors & Omissions insurance

• Non-Owned Automobiles in the event a caregiver is required to drive

Employer Obligations

We also take all responsibility for every aspect of employee tax withholding and remittances, payroll liabilities, Canada Pension Plan Insurance, Employment Insurance, Employer’s Heath Tax premiums, T4 and payroll processing and all employers obligations for vacation pay, public holiday pay and Employment Standards.  We make the process of receiving care simple and trouble free.
