Certified Personal Support Workers (PSW)

Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)

 In our experience, not all RPNs are created equal. Some are well experienced in a hospital critical care environment while others are more suited to assisted living or long-term care. Some RPNs have specialty skills such as wound care and ostomies, while others are more suited for providing comforts, moves/transfers, and medications.  Every request has its own focus and priorities, and In-Home Assisted Living takes the time to make the right choice of RPN for the right fit.

Registered Nurses (RN)

 There’s no secret about the chronic shortages of nurses in Ontario. Attracting and retaining highly qualified RNs is a challenge across the province, that's why we are constantly recruiting and building our team. At In-Home Assisted Living we give our nurses the flexibility and opportunity to manage their own schedules and to select their preferred geographical areas. Appreciating and respecting their skills and preferences helps us retain a pool of qualified and content RNs who will skillfully help you through your staffing shortages.

Private Duty Caregivers

It’s common for a patient's needs to change and as a result, additional one-on-one family-paid care is often required to safely support a resident or patient in your facility. When you refer a family to In-Home Assisted Living, and we will go out of our way deliver the one-on-one services they need, while working in cooperation with your team. Our private duty care is suitable for a variety of situations including qualified PSWs and RPNs specialized in dementia and palliative caregiving, bedside personal support, or attentive companionship. 

Caregiver Escort Services

 When your patients or residents have offsite medical appointments, we can help.

In-Home Assisted Living has caregiver escorts ready to ensure they get to their appointments safely and on time using private vehicles, taxis, Uber, or medical transport services. We are flexible and work with various billing models best suited to each individual case, including direct family billing or billing with the Office of Public Guardian and Trustee.
